I graduated from the dietetics programme at Semmelweis University in the summer of 2023. Since childhood, I have been fascinated by the wonders of the human body — particularly the complex science of nutrition and the digestive system. During my university studies, I encountered many situations in hospital placements where the role of the dietitian not only supported patients’ recovery, aided healing, and allowed the discontinuation of medication — but in some cases, saved lives. For me, this is the beauty of this profession: when there is a shared willingness between the patient and the dietitian, transforming dietary habits can lead to extraordinary results. My own goal is exactly this — to find common ground with each patient who comes to me, and to find the path to their goals together.

What can you consult them about?
The dietitian's scope of work covers not only the dietary management of existing conditions, but also lifestyle change and health maintenance. In addition to addressing existing health concerns through consultations, I also carry out preventive work to support long-term wellbeing. Dietary consultations include personalised dietary recommendations tailored entirely to the individual patient's needs and goals. The aim of our work together is not a short-term health improvement, but a sustainable long-term lifestyle and lasting improvement in health status. Dietary consultations are also available online. Key areas: healthy lifestyle and preventive/health-maintaining approach | insulin resistance | type I–II diabetes | muscle gain and sports nutrition | weight loss and body fat reduction | food allergies and intolerances (e.g. coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, etc.) | undernutrition and achieving appropriate body weight and composition | immunological conditions | reflux | constipation | chronic diarrhoea | cardiovascular conditions: hypertension, elevated cholesterol | gallstone-related conditions.
